Beautiful park that’s fun to explore. Be sure to stop by the small Japanese garden and enjoy the lovely stairs. The playground was cute and the restrooms were clean, a perfect park for all to enjoy.

This a small gem of a park. I rated 5 for the following reasons. For a small town park, this has a lot to offer. A beautiful, scenic lawn for reading a book on a blanket below a large tree, or sitting on a bench. It has a wonderful children’s playground, good drinking fountains, a beautiful entrance, and some history associated w the location. If you have 4 legged children, there is an area behind the park which offers a dog park. This is unlike any you will have visited, it is a series of trails below redwoods where you can allow your puppy off leash. Great place for a warm day for your dog. I will be visiting often😊

This is one of my favorite local parks to visit. It is beautiful with many places to settle in for a nice picnic or hanging out. It is never too crowded and the people that go there tend to be friendly. There is a playground for young children as well with a public restroom that is pretty clean. This park also leads into hiking trails which is beautiful. The whole park is dog friendly too, but they need to be on leash. I highly recommend a visit!

Had a really good time here. The trail has some steep parts but it was paved and easy to navigate- even while social distancing. There is plenty of free nearby parking and enough shade to make for a cool break if it is a warm sunny day. One of the best parts is the bathroom- nowadays you can’t count on a bathroom but it was open and clean.

Perfect place for a picnic! There’s a nice little playground, but if the little ones get bored or you’re there with the dog, it’s nice to walk around. There are some beautiful paths alongside a creek as well as a Japanese style garden, big lawn areas and tennis courts.
