RJ Dog Park at Pecos Park is a well-maintained dog park located in Phoenix, offering a safe and enjoyable environment for dogs to play and socialize. The park features amenities that cater to dog owners and their pets, providing a comfortable and convenient experience.
Need to put a covet over the water spiket. Outside of that, my dogs love this park. It’s clean.
This dog park is great. There are two separate areas; one for small dogs and one for big. Then there are several soccer fields too if you really want to let your dogs run around. Peocs has a ton of other Amenities as well, including a skate park, pickleball courts and basketball courts. The city does a great job keeping the grounds clean too. Love coming here with my dogs!
This place is great! There are two fenced dog areas, one for big dogs and one for littles. It’s next to a huge field, the day I went there were tons of kids practicing football, full parking lot but it was alive and fun. There are water spouts in the dog areas.
Excellent dog park that is fully wheelchair accessible. There are 4 accessible parking spots and a nice long ramp to the field and super wide concrete sidewalk that connects to both the small dog and large dog parks. The concrete extends in past the gates so you don’t have to navigate dirt or gravel like most dog parks.
Absolutely LOVE this dog park. I just moved from Ahwatukee a couple weeks ago but during the 3 years I lived there I brought my dog here several times a week and always had a great experience. They have a good amount of space to run around, there are always balls out there for them to play with and big buckets of water to drink, and there are several tables to sit down at that are shaded by a big ramada. Everybody is really good about cleaning up after their dogs and all the ppl I’ve met there are wonderful. Even at its busiest it never feels over-crowded. There are 2 separate gated areas, one for small dogs and one for big dogs, and they both sit in the corner of a larger grass field that is nowhere near any main roads or busy streets. Every time I took my dog there, as soon as we’d pull into the parking lot she would go crazy with excitement.. she LOVED that park and all her doggy friends there and we will both truly miss spending time there every week. I highly recommend this park to anyone wanting to take their fur babies out to play and socialize with other dogs, they’ll have a blast! I would honestly give it 10 stars if I could!!๐พ๐ถโค
*P.S. – If your dog enjoys playing in the water and/or swimming, Google the Cosmo Dog Park in Gilbert. It’s a beautiful little beach for dogs with a large pool to swim and grassy fields for them to run. You can thank me later ๐
