The wife and I hiked the nearby trail. It was great, the trail was well maintained, and was a little challenging. One of the best views of Phoenix I’ve ever seen, great spot for photos!
Still my favorite dog park and there is grass this fall! Amazing what happens when someone holds the city accountable to make sure their employees are actually doing the job!
Overall, the Deem Hills park is awesome! The dog park is really nice and you can’t beat the views. We still want to try the hiking trails but it’s getting pretty warm. Beautiful park, highly recommend! 🐶🐶
Deems is a great park and not just for the dogs. The new tennis, pickle ball, and basket ball courts are great. The soccer fields are always being used on the weekends which is awesome. During the week an easy walk around the park with plenty of rabbits. Bring the dog for the large or small dog enclosure depending on size. The grass is a little worn, but the dogs don’t care!
My husband and I brought our new dog, WALL-E here for his first visit to the dog park. This park made it a comfortable place to start, since we were able to start him off with the small dog area first. Once we observed that he was open to more, we were able to bring him over to the large dog area as well.
This park has beautiful scenery, trails for hiking and plenty of space for walking and playing. On our way in, we came across a Girl Scout’s stand selling cookies! Very nice park and community.
