The canyons were amazing. There are still some remnants of storm damage but still a neat place to visit. Very unique. We did miss the end of the trail and accidentally went too far. Some of the trail is slick and narrow. They could use some more stepping stones to cross the creek. I personally would not take young children with me.

Nice park for a family day out. Relatively decent size. Not too far to take small children. Some stunningly beautiful scenery.Have heard great things about the gloworms tour, although I fortunately we went at the end of the season when they were in pretty small numbers. Would definitely go back again.Only thing is, there is no warning of snakes from any of the tour guides. We had to learn ourselves by spotting a water moccasin in the water about 10 feet from my kid’s foot. So keep your eyes peeled

It was an amazing hike! It wasn’t too difficult for me to manage at all. I had a right hip replacement a year ago. It could have been a 5 star visit, but some of the amenities offered on the website were not open. (Like the soda shop)
