Pleasant Park in Perry, Michigan, is a welcoming neighborhood destination known for its family-friendly atmosphere and accessible amenities. The park offers wheelchair accessible entrances and parking lots, making it easy for everyone to enjoy. Recently updated picnic tables and new garbage cans reflect the city’s commitment to keeping the park clean and inviting.
Families appreciate the park’s playground, which features swings, slides, a dome climber, teeter totters, a merry-go-round, and a small baseball diamond. Shaded areas and a pavilion provide comfort for visitors, while pet owners find the quiet, well-maintained setting perfect for leashed walks or a quick stop with their furry companions. If you’re seeking a peaceful community park for pet-friendly strolls or a place where kids and dogs can both be happy, Pleasant Park in Perry is a charming choice.
Just stumbled on it by accident. Nice little park seams well maintained.
Play Pokemon go here plus playground for the kids even if it is a smaller one
The baseball field and the playground are a little run down. Nice area though.
Closed October 15th-April 15th. City of Perry Police make it their top priority to keep families and kids out of their precious park.
Also, the bathrooms are closed 24/7/365 unless you pay to rent the pavilion
Nice little park, but not a lot to do there. The playground only has some swings, a couple teeter totters, a mary go round, a climbing dome thing, a baseball diamond, a sledding hill, and a pavilion. They just painted the picnic tables and put in new garbage cans in the pavilion, so it looks nice. My kids like riding their bikes down the sidewalk, since we live nearby. Hopefully they update the park soon with new play structures, or something else for family fun, soon-ish.
