Parkridge Park Dog Park in Peoria, Arizona, offers spacious, grassy areas for your furry companions to play and socialize. Perfect for dog owners looking for a relaxing spot, this local dog park features large open fields, separate areas for small and large dogs, and is generally not overly crowded. With mature shade trees and several picnic tables, it’s a comfortable place to enjoy the outdoors while your dog gets exercise.
Accessibility is a highlight here, with both wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance, making it easy for everyone to enjoy. The park is family-friendly, featuring amenities such as public restrooms and picnic spots, and is noted for its clean, well-maintained grass. While visitors are encouraged to bring their own water for dogs, the park’s large size, easy parking, and pet-friendly vibe make it a great destination in Peoria for dog lovers.
It’s a nice big space, and not very busy most of the time you come. There are two huge parks, but they always have one locked for some reason. Which makes it very irritating when one has dogs in it. Why have two if one is always gonna be locked?
Why are the lamps, the lighting for the sidewalks on during daylight hours?
All thus talk about sustainability and lights are left on when not needed.
This is a nice dog park and the grass is always nice. The only downside is that lots of people don’t pick up after their dog and sometimes it’s pretty messy. Otherwise it’s a great dog park. There aren’t actually any dog bowls so people have to bring their own and there is a limited amount of shade. But it’s still a very nice dog park with lots of space for the dogs to run around.
Nice big dog park. A few big shade trees and a few picnic tables make this place fun but not too much. Not many dogs here and both of my labs ran all over. The one downside is that there is no water pump for the dogs here. You need to bring your own water for the dogs. If you are up for some rule breaking, there is a nice big field next to the park that you can have your dogs run in if you are feeling risky.
Good dog park. Separated areas for large & small dogs. My Lab, Gunnar had fun playing with a few dogs. No issues. Will be back.
