Stanford Trailhead

Stanford Trailhead is a scenic and peaceful location offering a variety of outdoor activities such as hiking, birdwatching, and walking along loop trails with varying difficulties. The trail is family-friendly and good for kids, featuring historical buildings, hilltop views, and plenty of wildlife. The area has limited parking and a wheelchair accessible parking lot. Visitors can enjoy picnic tables and the natural beauty of the surroundings, including Brandywine Falls. The trails can get muddy after rain, and the last part of the drive is on a gravel road.

Love this place, for the tails, scenic views, and also the history in the surrounding area.Beautiful🇺🇸😎👍
A nice place for a 4 to 5 mi walk including Brandywine falls. A bit of up and down but relatively easy and very pretty.
Good location but there is only minimal parking. Stanford road is not closed as Google maps indicates.
My husband and I strolled for hours at this spot! Beautiful land, not very crowded the further you are from the Stanford house. Plenty of wildlife, historical buildings, and hill top views to make this spot worth the trip! 10/10 would recommend and we will be returning here soon!
The trail gets muddy when it rains. The trailhead has space for only a few cars. The last few yards of the drive are on a gravel road.
