Such a beautiful shelter back in it’s own private area. Nice fireplaces, restrooms and utility sinks. Just remember if booked to pick up keys. I booked so long ago I forgot about that and thankfully a maintenance man was there and opened it up for us, very kind. Will rent this shelter again so cozy.
The Octagon Shelter is an absolute hidden gem! It boasts a vast expanse of lush green lawn surrounded by pristine woods. The shelter itself is impeccably maintained, and you’ll find beautiful rock ledges just a few steps away. It is also a great place to park your car to hike in the surrounding area.
Was a very nice place to chill and visit with friends!! It was a little chilly but the fires kept it nice!!
Nice cabin now since updated. Huge grassed area for plenty of activities. Restrooms, fireplace, picnic tables, and grills
One of my favorite places to go in Ohio. The overlook trail and ice box cave are a must see!
