This experience was so great! We had put our schnauzer down after 14 years and after researching I thought I want a labradoodle and reached out to them on a weekend. They text back immediately and answered all my questions (I had a lot!) they didn’t push us to get a deposit down but kept me informed on the liter we were considering. After deciding to adopt we got to go meet the puppies and spend time choosing our new fur baby! My kids will always remember our hour in the puppy pen! Mya came from Shep and Allie and she has the most beautiful color (caramel tuxedo). Her temperament is fantastic and she is great around other people and animals. We took her to a parade and she fell asleep on my lap. Potty training has gone well, never an accident in her kennel and quickly learned to use a doorbell button to go outside. Jill could not have been any better to work with and purchase from. Highly recommend!
We waited a long time for our girl and she was worth every minute – strangers and trainers comment on her temperament all the time and she is truly the best puppy we could’ve asked for! Jill and her family set the pups up for success by exposing them to all sorts of noises and triggers, and even begin with crate and potty training so it was a smooth transition to our home. With continued exposure and training she loves kids and other dogs, has been sooo smart, and is easy to travel with. In our search we were advised to do a ton of research on the puppy selection process with breeders, and ask for photos and all info about both parents – Jill provided all this and took the time to video chat with us as we came from out of state.
I wish I could rate Iowa Lake Park Labradoodles higher!!! Adding a pet to our family is not something we take lightly, I never once doubted our decision going with them. I could have easily got a puppy sooner but waited as I could just tell they cared as much for the puppy as we would and were not just another breeder. Our little addition has been perfect, easy to train, socialized to noises and just a perfect puppy.

These pups have the sweetest temperaments, are exposed to a variety of sounds and environments while with Mark and Jill, and are well loved! We had the best experience with Jill at Iowa Lake Park Labradoodles. She was so helpful in providing all the information we needed as well as a puppy starter pack to make the transition for Travis (now Remy) successful in our home. He has the BEST temperament and was incredibly easy to house train. I would highly recommend this breed to anyone. We could not love this puppy more!
