A Gem on the Hudson!Riverfront Green Park is a fantastic place to spend an afternoon (or a whole day!) in Peekskill. The views of the Hudson River are absolutely stunning, and the park itself is beautifully maintained. There’s plenty of space to stroll along the waterfront, relax on the grass, or have a picnic.I especially appreciate the well-kept walking paths; they’re perfect for a leisurely walk or a more energetic jog. The playground is also a big hit with kids, and the amphitheater hosts some great events throughout the year.Beyond the scenery, the park is conveniently located and easily accessible with plenty of parking. Very nice park, clean with restrooms,playground dog friendly and free parking on weekends. The views are amazing, right in the hudson river. I drove here however park it’s still accessible by metro-north which drops you off right on the park. When you have time definitely visit this beautiful park and take in the views of the mountains like bear mountain. As you enter the park you will cross the railroad tracks. You also have eatery nearby and ice cream shop.
