Besides the new pipeline going in it was a perfect big beach. Kind of hidden so not over packed too.

Such a cute beach. Only beach houses on the island. My only problem is that it’s very obvious that the beach is really only used by folks that have houses on the island. The public accesses to the beach were the tightest parking I have ever tried parking in. You can pull in but to get out you will have to back out the entire time to get back on the street it is so tight. It took me 4 attempts to get it right and that was after watching someone else struggle to even get out of the public access. All the accesses on the island are tight like this except for the southern most end of the island but you need to be there at the Crack of dawn to get a spot and people were driving in circles around the access for 20 minutes to see if anyone would leave. Great beach but it’s obvious they really only want those that have a house on the island to be using the beach.

We’ll post it on your behalf !

PLEASE NOTE : this strip of land is ALL PRIVATE. There is no “public” beach access. Nowhere to park your car and biking all the way to the so called on map “beach access” is absolutely NOT worth it. No toilets, no showers, that island is not for “intruders” – but don’t regret it, plenty of rip currents and just yesterday another privileged one lost his life due to that.

A great location to take in the sights and sounds of the ocean without the crowd!

wonderful beach. definitely my favorite i’ve ever been to. it’s beautiful, and usually pretty quiet. even when there are a lot more people than usual (there are never crowds so big it’s annoying or loud), the mood is nice and laid-back. a very nice place for walks on the beach. i 100% recommend getting a beach house here for a nice vacation if you can afford it!
