Armory Memorial Dog Park is a popular fenced dog park located at Main Ave and Gregory Ave in Passaic, NJ. While it is known for its smaller size, the park features separate areas for small and large dogs, making it a convenient spot for pet owners seeking a secure, off-leash environment. Thanks to its agility equipment in the large dog section, this park is a fun place for dogs to exercise, play, and socialize.
Although the space can become crowded, especially with larger dogs, the park remains a much-needed resource for local dog owners. Park goers are encouraged to clean up after their pets and use available dog waste bags to keep the area tidy. The park is pet-friendly and is one of the more accessible dog parks in the Passaic area.

Armory Dog Park in Passaic is a rather smallish facility for dogs as dog parks go, with practical maneuvering room for fewer than five dogs in the large dog area, and not more than three in the small dog side. There is good exercise and agility equipment on the large dog area, but it can get cramped for the smaller ones.
Problems can arise though, as I have witnessed some dogs not being cleaned up after, and I have also observed on more than one occasion, kids actually running around loose, climbing the equipment in the large dog area, while their dog was in the small section. Fortunately, there were no other dogs in the park at the moment, but still, what if someone else had brought a big dog in? Parents and owners must observe rules and courtesies, otherwise trouble can potentially ensue.
