Love seeing the bluebells each spring!

I went on the north trail. The blue blazed marks on the tree. It was rough and not marked that well. Lots of stickers and the trail is really close to the river where it is easy to fall in. If you get to raven rock falls it’s nice but lots of bushwacking through stickers. Parking lots fill quicly. We parked on bunker hill road and walked down almost a mile. Bring hiking sticks for if you have them.

Really nice clean water. Water was only around a foot deep so great for standing in without getting pushed downstream. Not many fish in the water so go elsewhere for fishing.

I am on so much love with this place. ❤️
When temperatures are 100 degrees the water here is so cool you can see fog on top layer. It has become my weekend getaway. Take all your canoe, kayak, tube you have and enjoy the nature around.

Lush forest with large fields of ferns. Bird song everywhere once you move away from the highway ruckus. Lots of trails.
