Parking

Genesee Valley Lacrosse Fields is a well-maintained sports facility located in the scenic farmland of Parkton, Maryland. While the park is known for its beautiful views, multiple sports fields, and convenient gravel parking, it is not pet-friendly and dogs are not allowed on the premises. Attendants strictly enforce the no-dog policy, making it unsuitable for visitors looking for a dog park or pet-friendly recreational area.

The park features several nicely cared-for athletic fields and ample parking with a dedicated entrance and exit. Due to the presence of sports events, the lot can get busy, especially during special gatherings such as cycling events. Visitors are advised to park efficiently and watch for pedestrians near the fields. Overall, Genesee Valley Lacrosse Fields offers first-rate facilities for athletes and spectators, but it is not appropriate for dog owners searching for off-leash or dog-friendly options in Parkton.

Nice park with sports fields.
Look at the field map before you go.

No pets, so don’t take your dog. The local attendant is watching, not kidding.
Parking lot has one entrance in and one exit out.
Lots of pedestrians on the road, be careful.
Just Park and Walk! Don’t linger looking for a space. Lingering causes congestion.
