It used to be nice and peaceful, but unfortunately, it’s been attracting a lot of bad energy in the last decade. Creepy people usually, people doing inappropriate things or just causing scenes.
I could only recommend it to families in short spurts because you never know what’s going on there anymore unless someone has a pavilion rented. It’s not as well taken care of as it once was.

This is a beautiful park with a lake for fishing or duck watching (Please do NOT feed ducks). There is a playground, RV parking grounds, an event building, a Basketball court, a Frisbee Disk Golf course, and a bridge outstretching the water. Great place for a dog walk, fishing, exercise, birthday parties, or just getting the family outside!
