Love this place. Quiet and fairly secluded, plenty of camping spots and a well-kept vault toilet. There is non-potable water, but no drinking water. There are 5 or 6 shaded camping spots away from the main area that isn’t great for solar charging. However, it’s a short walk to the picnic area where there is plenty of sun to recharge your batteries.
A very nice trail of medium difficulty if one is in good physical condition. Can be done with all terrain running shoes. Some areas of the trail have rocks in the soil. One will encounter rolling hills numerous times. Nice biodiversity.
