I’m giving it three stars because My dog can’t communicate with words and so I don’t know what happened but, what I can tell you is that my Girl dog was trembling, ears pulled back, and very very scared with I picked her up.
My dog is VERY friendly and easily will go with anyone.
When I picked her up she was skittish and trying to run away from the groomer bringing her out.

That was the first red flag:(

Then at home, she is dizzy, lethargic, and in daze.
She is now very afraid of people. An example: I took her to Whole Foods today and when she saw the man in the seafood department with a white coat. She stated to tremble.

DEAD PUPPY is mg favorite groomer so far because they clean the dogs well.
But I would really like to know what goes on behind there because my Dog isn’t her normal self even the day after.
I’m a bit confused and would like to give the benefit of the doubt.
But my dog is soooo out of it.
I haven’t taken her to the vet yet because it’s expensive and I’ve been letting her rest snd monitoring her.

The owners here are so sweet! Did a great job with a mini groom for my 7month old puppy!

Not my dog’s first time here, and it won’t be her last! My dog is a little feisty, but I’m always so impressed with the grooming done here. I’m so grateful that Mimi is so patient with my dog, and that there are measures taken to make sure that everything is done well! She got her nails done today 💅

Let me just say that I am extremely particular in how my dog gets groomed and Dear Puppy has never failed me. I’ve taken my dog to a few other groomers and it’s all been a dismal and basic experience. Uneven cuts, too much powder, jagged nails, all kind of nonsense. Until I found dear puppy. My dog gets groomed to perfection every time!! They miss no detail.. nails are filed into a nice cone shape, sanitary cuts are precise without causing irritation or cuts and my Bichpoo always looks and smells so good afterwards! I will never go anywhere else. If you care about how your dog looks or about intricate details.. BRING YOUR DOG HERE.

As a result, my dog now looks much fiercer than expected, which is not the style I wanted. I hope the groomers can pay more attention to detail and ensure the styling matches the customer’s request.

Every groomer I’ve been to in both NY and NJ kept saying my dog’s hair just couldn’t do what other (poodles) hair could do because it’s more fine. They surpassed my expectations and did an incredible job on my 2 year old mini poodle Thor. The owner was also very sweet and definitely came across as someone knowledgeable and realistic. It is a bit pricier than other groomers in Bergen county but I would say it was 1000% worth it. Thank you Dear Puppy! 감사합니다 ☺️
