Hansen Dam Ranger Station

Hansen Dam Ranger Station is a large, accessible park featuring various activities such as swimming, hiking, running, and dog walking. It offers wheelchair accessible entrances and parking, public restrooms, and amenities good for children. The park is spacious with multiple sections catering to different age groups and includes facilities like handwashing stations. While enjoyable during the day for families and dog owners, it’s advised to be cautious at night due to occasional safety concerns. Some areas may be temporarily closed due to community uses such as a COVID-19 test site.

This park is huge great for everyday activities, but unfortunately some area’s are closed, because it’s a covid 19 test site can wait for this pandemic to be over so I can truly enjoy this park.

The park is okay why kids enjoy it it’s big and it’s got different sections for different ages it’s got a bathroom and handicap vehicle accessible parking got a station where you can wash your hands and during the day it’s relaxing but never come here at night a lot of homeless tend to walk by along with the occasional crazies

The LA County Covid test drive through line is a bit long, but it moves relatively fast!

City money is being wasted the workers are supposed to be maintaining they need to be fired for lazy attitudes. People work Monday through Friday waiting for park enjoyment unfortunately this two times they closed parking lot. It’s been always open yet last I heard the workers complaining that Monday’s are harder than any day to clean up. Apparently one of them had a great idea let’s close the parking lot to avoid people coming. Great job lazy park workers you now have Monday’s free since you are free loading taxpayers to enjoy park Saturdays and Sundays. If anyone has any way to report this they should this park workers need to be replaced.

This park is huge and you can do anything from swimming at the pool, hiking, running, BBQ, walk your dog, watch the ducks. So much!
