Devonshire Arleta Park is a welcoming green space located in the heart of Pacoima, California. Renowned for its pet-friendly approach, the park allows dogs and offers easy access for families and dog owners alike. With amenities such as water fountains, picnic tables, and plenty of grassy areas, it stands out as a convenient option for local residents seeking a dog park experience within the neighborhood. While the park shines for its playgrounds, making it a great destination for families with children, it is also popular among dog owners seeking a laid-back visit to a community park.
Parents and kids appreciate the park’s two distinct playgrounds—one for younger children and another for older kids—as well as the open grass fields where dogs can accompany their families. Parking is readily available and the park features wheelchair-accessible entrances, making it accessible for all visitors. While lighting is limited after sundown and there are no restroom facilities, Devonshire Arleta Park remains a favorite for many locals looking for a clean, fun, and dog-friendly outdoor adventure in Pacoima.
My son enjoys this park so much because of the different games and playground they have here. They have 2 playgrounds, One for smaller children and another for children 5 and up. There is parking around, water fountains and a nice grass area. The only negative comments I have for this small but fun park are that there is no restrooms at all aaaand there is little to no light during/after sundown.
My boys enjoy playing here! It’s clean and has areas where the kids can enjoy and have fun. We can literally stay here for a couple hours. It wish the park had a restroom but unfortunately it doesn’t. Overall it a nice park and we go there often.
It’s unkept and not very clean. Homeless sleep under the kids play area while they are trying to play. Yeah no I’m good on taking our babies here.
Best obstacle course park ever! Needs to be a bit cleaner though but all and all one of the funnest places for active children. Very physical based park
