The best groomers! I take my pup here every two weeks for a bath and nail trimming. She is always so excited to go and comes back so shiny and smelling great!

Abi is really great! I took my two Chinese Crested dogs here several times, but unfortunately I live near Louisville and it’s a bit far for me drive. She does amazing work and does teeth and ear cleaning as well as a special face wash for dogs that have bad tear stains. It’s close to my parent’s who sometimes babysit my newest pup, so I’m going to try to get him in because he’s needing a good groom. Highly recommend!

I took my Aussie Doddle every 7-8 weeks for over 2 years. I never missed or cancelled an appointment, was never late dropping off or picking up. They always did an excellent job and told me she did well. I might add that I live a good 40 minutes from there and was willing to drive for the excellent service. The last appointment we had scheduled the owner let me know just minutes before that she had an emergency and had to cancel, that was understandable. However the next day when I tried to reschedule she told me that she was completely full and could not get her in, still understandable because they stay booked. I asked to make her an appointment 6-8 weeks down the line (I always made the next appointment while she was there that day) I was told that No she couldn’t do that because she had to get her “regular” customers scheduled. I’m still baffled about that one. It was never explained as she says below, maybe she intended to or did explain to others who were dismissed but I was only told that her help was out and she couldn’t schedule me. If I were going to lie wouldn’t I have said the service was bad or something ? Also why then would I not be called when they were fully staffed again?
