Took my toddler and my forever toddler pointer pup which they both enjoyed. The trails were a little over grown in some areas but still visible , we didn’t come across anybody and could see the other entrance/trail we usually take on the opposite end. We found the dog park at the beginning of the trail a nice place to sit , it was green and well kept and there was water bowls for the pups along with a water fountain and some friendly neighbors we met.

I’ve been walking up here since I was a kid. Lots of folks out walking their dogs, nearly everyone with good mask discipline, seems like a fair number of people must be regulars because lots of folks are standing around talking.
It’s an old road, so you aren’t walking through weeds. There are several trails branching off, and those get a bit weedy.
