HEATHER IS SOOOO ADORABLE AND AMAZING!!! I called around to several local places and they all seemed bothered to take my call on being interested in an apt… but not Heather!! She was so helpful and made the process so easy! Honestly… y’all got the BEST person in your front office in town!
Heather Richardson is an amazing leasing agent. I was in a dire situation to find an apartment to move in asap after relocating from Colorado. Had signed lease at another complex and after picking up the apartment key with moving truck to move in found the apartment in deplorable condition. I had met Heather two weeks earlier and just knew she could help me through this terrible unsettling situation. I wish I had rented from her from the start, lesson learned! She is a life saver and the complex and the apartment I’ll be moving into next week is beautiful, clean, and welcoming!! I’m blessed to have her in my life! Thank you Heather 🙏

Kelly in the office is amazing, and really everyone on the team makes an effort to ensure residents feel like they’re part of a family, not just tenants. We have been at The Legends for 6 years and would have not stayed past 1 if it was not for Heather Richardson. She is exceptional! She is caring and displays exceptional empathy. She has great communication skills and can make a strong connection with anyone because she is very genuine. We have had some problems over the years but Heather is amazing at solving problems that may arise with urgency and care. Thank You Heather!
We’re coming up on our 1st year here and honestly we love it. A huge part of that is because of the excellent service provided to us from Heather in the main office. We had to change our move out plans this year and literally had a last minute scramble and every step of the way Heather accommodated us. Turning what would normally be an insanely stressful situation into a streamlined pleasant experience. This is also a beautiful property!
