Well I moved in around two years ago and I am pleased with the windward community. There staff is very professional and always there to help .
The maintenance crew is very professional and always going the extra mile to get what they can get done and help residents in a timely manor I am glad we decided to move in to the community. And I enjoy going to the Xmas party that the staff and maintenance crew put together for the residents that gives everyone to see friends and who is new to the community thank you all for the hard work you do all year long .
I love living here,it’s quite and the people and staff are so friendly.You have your own patio space and people take pride in their yards.Columbia Park keeps up with their mowing spaces and in the winter snow plows the roads.Its a great place to live.There is also a social hall here with all kinds of different activities.You can walk your dogs You are close to different kinds of stores.
Erika and Jackie are friendly, warm, and truly care about people. They have an amazing ability to match people with the perfect property. The homes in this community are beautiful and well kept. The new homes are gorgeous and thoughtfully designed. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. This is a welcoming community that I recommend.
The love that was shown to me when I first moved to this community is incomparable. I was greeted with hugs and smiles and we have developed a bond with most of our neighbors that can’t be broken! The beauty of this place is like no other with a nice picnic area, activities; not just for yourself but also there is a dog park for your fur babies 🥰❤️ there are an infinite number of stores, shops, restaurants, little quaint, boutiques hospitals, cultural places to visit… I can go on and on and on, but I won’t just come and visit you’ll see! Here 15 yrs. Quiet park-like setting. Great neighbors and staff. Close to shopping and airport. Short drive to Lake Erie boating and fishing. Close to the Metro Parks, known as the Emeral Necklace. You’ll love it here.
