Last place for cell reception going south
Great for eclipse viewing. But it loses a star because there are no bathrooms.
Picnic benches are available and one the leaves drop it will have a very scenic view. Really quiet there.
Wonderful rest stop with a few scattered picnic tables, beautiful trees, and a good view of Nimrod Lake to walk the dogs. Parking on either side of the road.
