I’ve had a great experience with Traditions at Westmoore so far! Lynsey was very easy to work with and made my transition smooth. After I submitted my application, she worked hard to get me approved as fast as possible. Within a few days she made it happen!
Back in April I was in the process of looking for a new apartment. I called them a few times, and the lady helping me seemed super friendly and answered all my questions and always got right back with me. I told her how I was going to need a new apartment by the end of July/beginning of August. Everything was going great. She sent me a few extra pictures of one of the apartments. She always called me back immediately and knew that I worked late and called her sometimes right before they closed. She was always extremely responsive and I was ready to finally make the move to do the paperwork to hopefully get an apartment by July. All of a sudden I couldn’t get ahold of anyone in the office . Not sure what happened, but she knew I was about proceed with everything and my calls no longer got answered. She also said she would call me within a few weeks if she didn’t hear from me (she knew I had a crazy work schedule). Never heard back. I finally decided to stop by one day after work and there was no one in the office even though they were usually open at the time I stopped by. Not sure what happened, but I guess they didn’t want my business, so I’ll be looking elsewhere hoping to get something last minute now that I need a place immediately
I’ve been here for 5 years and loved it enough to renew. I left a 5-star review in the past. The office staff and maintenance guys have always been great. While the maintenance guys are still good, there’s new management. Now, the office regularly closes for the day at random times. I regularly use the business center inside and can’t seem to figure out when it’s not closed. The assistant manager has been here for almost a year now so I don’t know what the issue could be. I’d give the office a 1-star but the maintenance guys bumps this review up to 3.
I can’t brag enough about the level of customer service I received here compared to the other places I considered during my home search. From the phone call with Lynsey to the actual tour in person, she stood out. She was kind, knowledgeable and professional. You can tell she enjoys her job and never once made me feel like a burden. Multiple residents spoke to her while out on our tour. She knew them by name and one resident even said “Lynsey sure is a gem”. The apartments are nice and spacious with lots of natural light. Well kept landscaping and clean! Once I get the clear that Oklahoma is where my job will be, I will be submitting my application. Reviews go a long way and this placed deserved one!
