Oconto Falls Dog Park is a well-loved, easily accessible dog park in Oconto Falls, Wisconsin. Conveniently located at 238 N Maple Ave, this park offers a welcoming environment for dogs and their owners. It boasts two spacious, fully fenced areas: one for large dogs and another suited for smaller breeds, ensuring all pups can safely enjoy off-leash play. The park is family-friendly and wheelchair accessible, making it a great spot for everyone to enjoy the outdoors with their furry friends.
Visitors consistently praise the ample seating throughout the park—including donated benches—providing comfort for owners as their pets play. The park offers fun amenities such as toys (balls, frisbees, sticks) and clever, well-marked signage encouraging responsible pet ownership. Waste stations and poop bags are provided, helping keep the park clean and inviting. While the park lacks a dedicated water fountain or consistent shade, community-donated water bowls and buckets are available, and there is plenty of open space for dogs to run and socialize.
Very nice dog park! It has two big fenced in areas, one for smaller dogs and one for bigger dogs. It has balls, frisbees, and sticks to play with and lots of seating for owners to relax.
Great place to bring your dog. I’m not from the area so I wasn’t sure where to park but the park was very easy to find. Lots of great seating and cleaver signage for picking up after your pooch, oh and the bags are provided!! All in all a great park just needs some shade. Great job👍
Great location and spacing to allow pets to have fun and enjoy the outdoors. Helps puppies expend puppy energy.
Went here for the first time yesterday, and its so wonderful! Two areas, one for the Big Dogs, and one for the Small “Big” Dogs. (We know them smaller babies pack just as much punch as the Big Dogs do :P) Clean, well maintained, and there was even a box of used toys! Some of them need to be thrown away and replaced, but they are there 🙂 There is a tube to hold tennis balls. And for our tired puppies, there are plenty of beautiful benches that have been donated. Loved my first visit! Will definitely be back and will edit to share photos.
This place is so wonderful, everytime we come everyone is so nice! Everyone is super responsible with their dogs. I think it’s nearly perfect!
People even occasionally leave bowls and buckets to fill with water, I think the one little thing that would make it absolutely perfect, would be a nice little water pump near the pens to fill the bowls just in case you forget to bring water!
But other than that, I highly recommend! It’s a beautiful place! 😊
