The park isn’t bad but there’s not a lot to do or a lot of shade. They have tennis/pickleball court but you need a permit or badge for it. I hope they add more to the park because it is a bit disappointing since it’s so small.

Nice tribute for Jay. Living next to the park and my memories of Jay’s footsteps upon my wooden porch steps to help my family and also his diligent patrol over the park will always live on! He truly cared about every person in Ocean Gate and he would frequently stop the patrol car to talk to the residents. He represented what police officers are really about versus how the media portrays them. RIP Jay.

Great little park for a wonderful Policeman who loved the town’s children. This is a great way to honor him. Would like to the addition of more rocking rides for the little ones as well as some baby swings.
