I highly recommend working with Maureen and her horses at least once in your lifetime. This was one of the most incredible experiences I’ve ever had in my entire life! (And it’s no exaggeration) learning to work with horses and move them with just your calm mind, body and energy was the cooled thing I’ve ever experienced! I did a group event with my dog training coworkers and it was one of the most calming yet exciting things I’ve ever done. The peace that these horses show you is incredible. I’ve never been able to find peace on my own, but working with Maureen and her horses truly showed me what it feels like to be. It is something everyone should experience, especially if you have anxiety and/or depression. I will be returning for sure!
