Caraway Lake is a peaceful and scenic spot in Oak Grove, MO, known for its good bass population and fishing opportunities. It is wheelchair accessible with both accessible entrances and parking. The area is kid-friendly and offers a quiet atmosphere for families and pets to enjoy. While there are no boats allowed and some maintenance like weed removal and dock installation could improve the experience, the lake remains a hidden gem for fishing and outdoor relaxation.

it’s really quiet and there’s no fish in the lake, no Restroom someone pushed it over, it needs attention, there was a little bit of trash on the ground near the trash can…

The need to weedeat around the lake..i personally have done it several times so my child isn’t in tall weeds …I’ll give it credit for fishing has a great bass population ..the city need to put a dock or something so you can get closer to the middle since no boats are allowed

This hidden gem is located in Oak Grove. Although we didn’t catch anything, we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful scenery. The dog had fun, too.

Love Fishing here, although there seems to be a lot more water moccasins than normal. My husband and son were catching crawdads and my husband was bit on his hand by a tiny one, about a foot long. My son sw a tiny one before that happened and then I seen one slither through the rocks after that.
