Briliant for a quick and green escape. Also, if I could make a suggestion… There should be signs urging people to improve accuracy when throwing something in the garbage. Some really need it.
This park was a lot nicer before a large chunk of it was developed with houses. There are wetlands right at the edge of where they stopped development and that’s only because the wetlands are protected.
I enjoyed this park before it was destroyed. However, you can still find handmade teepees in the woods…
I feel like we really take this place for granted. If you look anywhere else in America, its pretty hard to find a good park/natural reserve with wildlife and a nice creek right in your backyard. This whole Orchard Hills West neighborhood is being taken by granted by us all. A playground with a basketball court open to us all and a track with soccer field, while also having one of the best school districts academically that’s also D1 in Michigan, Novi.
