I appreciate that it’s a free place to swim with trails and playgrounds! It’s beautiful on any day. Dogs aren’t allowed on the beach area but are allowed there on a leash, which is helpful when you’re out with your pup. There are some picnic tables and spots to fish! It’s close to food. overall, it is a great stop to cool off and stretch your legs.
