As of 11/1/24, this trail is mostly complete with some work being done at various road intersections. The trail is like any other rail trail, paved and mostly flat. I found it to be scenic and a great time during the fall season. The only downfall would be the leaves on the pavement which can be slippery when wet and at times tough to know where the edge of the pavement is. The sides of the trail are not packed in with gravel or established grass so you could find yourself off the edge very easily. Hopefully the town will blow off the trail at some point. Other than that we rode the whole 4.5 miles and back. It appears that at some point there will be more parking areas along the route. At the end, we could’ve rode further on to the Mansfield side, but decided to turn around and ride back.

Nice trail for cycling. I saw several families with kids riding bikes and rollerblading. I saw people walking and running. Great for overall general use. Nicely paved.
