Great beach accessible mostly to town of Huntington Town Residence, all others pay extraordinary day rate. The name is not Steers Beach, Which is the Northport Inc. beach next door open the Northport town residence.

The beach is clean and quiet and has beautiful sunsets. Parking was convenient. Life guards were on duty and visible.

I went to this beach to watch the sunset and it DID NOT disappoint! The beach is small and clean for the most part. There were secured kayaks and canoes which made things look a little messy, but they were out of the way. Special bonus: a small herd of deer came running onto the beach at sunset. It was terrific!
