Cool place to hike and mountain bike. Unfortunately locals have trashed the largest coolest building, but still a cool look into the past

Super cool trail. Walk through the woods to explore ruins of old buildings and rusty machinery from the days of this being a granite quarry along the railroad. You can make this a shorter walk or a longer one depending where you go. Definitely recommend for a unique walk when in the North Conway area! Make sure to look at the map in the parking lot before you go, there are quite a few mountain biking trails so it’s not clear which way towards the ruins (just go straight across when you get into the woods).

Awesome place to mountain bike, trail run or hike. Very cool quarry and remnants . Trails were dry when I was there and slippery due to that. Some great wood work and lots of fun rock rides .
