Why have people in admin or customer service positions if they simply can’t provide a service or answer a simple question?

It’s near where I live. Nice place to relax, walk, take a break from a hectic day. Safe; however, lately it hasn’t been as clean as in prior years. Still nice.
Very nice and clean park to spend weekends with family. A huge pond with geese and turtles help make you relaxed. You can see people come here for jogging and picnics by the pond. There is also a huge kids playground, newly built and clean. Lots of parking space available and lots of places to sit and relax. Picnic area is good. Great place for kids. Highly recommend this place if you are around North Bergen area.
