Nice tennis court ever … wanna go back there and play but need to find some partner there 🙂
I was absolutely blown away by the cleanliness of the park and the sense of safety that provide the security cameras, emergency bells assistance, and police car patrolling through the park. Also the benches, landscaping, and new amenity called “Urban Paddle” are great. I was here 20 years ago and to my eyes there is absolutely a huge positive change!
“Nature is not a place to visit, it is home.”
This is a perfect clean, peaceful place for picnic with the family and pets. It is also great to do walking on a mile round a fountain trail. They have a large and small children playground, a dog park, and fewer more trails. It is also located near public transportation and it has abundant parking space. It has baseball court, basketball court, and handball court. Reservations for tennis courts are managed by the Hudson County Improvement Authority – call: 201-978-1765.
Grills are not permitted in the park anymore. No drones or wedding ceremonies allowed at present time, 2025 season.
Beautifully manicured and cared for Park. Haven’t been here in years and was more picturesque than ever. They are now offering Peddleboat rentals NULL per person/per hour. Can’t wait to go back!
I just wanted to say thank you to this gentleman, there was broken glass in the basketball court, I asked him if could borrow a broom to pick it up myself because it’s highly dangerous somebody could fall and hurt really bad.
He came back and he did it.
I know it’s “his job” , but I want to thank all the workers who maintain the park safe and clean for us to enjoy!
(It should be everybody’s responsibility )
