Best thing for dogs, she can run freely and everyone is friendly
One of two places to park and get access to the Augusta Greenway. I am impressed on how well taken care of this place is and the access to the water and other nature trails. It is a 13 mile stretch from what I read, and the 2.5 miles I ran from this start point was along payed rode. I even got to see some deer’s. My favorite trail in the area thus far!
We were camping at an RV Park about 10 miles away, and I needed to take my dog somewhere for exercise. This place has two leash free fenced areas for large / small dogs. Both sections have agility equipment. There is a collection of tennis balls in a tire at the center of the “large dog” area. It’s very nice and pretty clean. The pictures show the Greenway trails adjacent to the Bark Park.
Awesome dog park with amazing views great people what more could you ask for?
It’s pretty nice. There is a walking trail apart from the doggy park. There is a section for larger dogs and a section for smaller dogs. There is plenty of space for dogs to be separate if needed. They have a water fountain for pets in each section. I would recommend bringing your own water bowl and getting water there as I’m not sure how often it is cleaned! There are a couple benches to sit in, and it’s pretty nice overall! Definitely recommend for the doggies! The other park sections look nice, but I haven’t been to explore those yet!
