A nice shaded park with picnic tables and a playground area for children. A nice place to walk your dog. The new tunnel, behind Kroger, to get there by walking is nice.

This park offers something for everyone! Enjoy trails, a skate park, playgrounds (one with gym equipment), shelters/picnic areas, volleyball/tennis/pickleball/basketball/bocce ball courts, baseball fields, Hobbs train station (“Nickel Plate Express”), an Aquatic Center, and both traditional and mini golf. The park also hosts various events throughout the year, including car shows, summer concerts, movies, and holiday celebrations. Forest Park is a real gem for Noblesville, Hamilton County, and surrounding areas! Highly recommend a visit!

Going here on 4th of July has become a tradition for my family. They have a festival every year, with lots of free family activities, like rock climbing, inflatable basketball, bounce houses, inflatable obstacle courses. There’s food, for purchase, from various vendors, and Fireworks at the end of the night! My kids are 7, 10, 14, and 20, so it can be difficult to find things we can all enjoy as a family that won’t break the bank. This is one event we look forward to each year!

Tip: Grab a bag of Kettle Corn to enjoy during the Fireworks, and bring a blanket and/or chairs for the large grassy lot! There’s a large hill and flat land to set up a comfy area for the show. 🎇 A wagon is great if you have kiddos!

What an amazing space for kids and adults. The playground is awesome. The aquatic center is awesome. The walking oaths are beautiful. Can’t ask for much more in a city park.

This park is truly one of the best. Nestled among lush trees, it offers plenty of shade and a scenic atmosphere. There’s no shortage of activities, including swimming, miniature golf, skating ramps, a merry-go-round, paved walking paths, and even train rides through the Nickel Plate Express. With multiple playgrounds, there’s something for both younger and older kids to enjoy. The one we visited this time was especially well-designed for all ages. The park also features ample seating, picnic tables, and shelters, making it perfect for gatherings. Plus, having restrooms at the park is always a perk with kiddos.
