Noble Village Park was quiet you can sit and watch the traffic go by to go towards the store or the Tin Cup Cafe I really enjoy the living in Noble Illinois it is one of the most quietest towns that I’ve ever lived in if people are looking for a town that is quiet and sees traffic but not lots of it and hardly any noise other bigger cities move to Noble it’s small but very very quiet enclosing if you want a good Cafe with homemade cooking try the Tin Cup I’ve eaten there many times and I just have this to say they have almost anything you would want I just want to say that I respect everybody that works at the Tin Cup they have my great respect and the Tin Cup is only a block and a half from where I live
