Beautiful park and place, it’s a shame the creek going to the river is so full of trees and things blocking Samon from spawning there

Summer Peets

Beautiful clean area with easy river access

Lovely park that extends along the river with two different spots to enjoy. At one end, there’s a playground, a decent size pavilion, lookout decks and picnic tables. This part connects through a paved path that goes behind an old museum building to the other end near Wisner Rents Canoes. There are fish heads and another playground at this end, as well as another lookout deck and a place for canoe river access. My friend who showed me around said the place is especially pretty during fall colors. I will definitely come back to check it out then.

I love the path on the rivers edge to walk on with my family. There is a play set with swings for the kids. There is also an area with a pavilion and picnic tables.

Nice stroller-friendly path along the river. Some of us enjoyed walking up and floating back down in the beautiful clear water.
