JUNKYARD DAWGS OFFROAD!

Marshall park is definitely somthing that cannot be explained threw words online. It is a place that takes u out of the “city” while never leaving. Walk down to brooks creek. Listen to the water rushing through. Explore the old ruins of over 100 years ago of dams and sawmills. Find some very old keep sakes and meet great people along thenway. Also fish on the shore and catch some beutifal fish. Go check it out today. Its amazing.

Beautiful! Nice benches and a small sitting area when you enter near the flower gardens. Be careful about rolling your ankles, the path narrows and there are roots and rocks on the path. Nice overlooks(to view the pretty creek and valley)and a stair climb, too. I didn’t get to do the full trail but I’ll definitely go back. The old house foundations are really interesting as are the boulders. I did not see trash recepticals or porta potties but as I said I was unable to do the full trail. Parking is in a nice paved lot. Seemed semi populated but there was enough room for everyone to be comfortable.

My cousin her dog Stella and i have been there twice. Both times where great. The trail down by the water was nice since it was right beside it. And it’s right n town. A definite if in the area.

This is one of my families favorite local places to take a nice long walk. I take my grandchildren here, and they love it. There’s benches, a covered picnic area, a viewing area over looking the creek, and trash recepticals so we can clean up after ourselves. There are areas that you can get right down to the creek. It’s quiet, peaceful, and full of nature.
