This is NOT a smoke free building, people smoke in their apartments and Management does not enforce the no smoking policy. A tenant set her apartment on fire in this building, it could have killed many people. Very unstable building. Emir was a wonderful AGM, unfortunately he was moved to another location and every manager brought in after him has quit or been let go, in 4 years there have been 8 managers that have come and gone!

The saving grace of this building is the amenities, kind residents, and the porters, who are all extremely friendly and sweet. If you are thinking of moving here, please do your research.

The management office is downstairs right next to the gym. Emir (The AGM), is very friendly and very helpful, he’s my go to guy whenever I need paper work or have concerns about anything.
