5 stars is not enough for Sarah and the staff at Patagonia… she was extremely helpful and professional. Her attention and patience with me was wonderful! Sarah helped me exchange a worn out puffer for my son. Last week, I traveled from CT to the Upper West Side because the Patagonia where I live closed down. It was definitely worth the trip. I will definitely be going back!
Repaired my favorite leather jacket’s torn lining beautifully. Added extra padding in the shoulders for comfort. Looks better than when I first bought it 5 years ago.
Visited this location last week. Cannot express how grateful I am for an employee named Scott! He went above and beyond to help my family and we are forever grateful! He truly exhibited the spirit of Patagonia and really went out of his way to help us! Cannot recommend this location and Scott specifically enough!
