Amazing view of New York City. Lots of friendly geese. This is very close to a boat/ ferry. You can take this boat/ferry to the other side and get the same ferry/boat back if you parked in the area. Also, the boat/ferry here can take you to the Statue of Liberty. You just make sure to buy your tickets ahead of time. The boat/ferry to the other side is NULL. Also, parking is ? if you stay parked under 12 hours.
Great idea! Lots of thought and Care has gone into this place, much appreciated.
My mom and I took a walk Broadway to the river and the park. It was such a nice walk they really improved it. Looks classy now. They split up the walk way. One side is for runners , walkers and the other side for bikers. Looks really nice. As we kept walking they had a lil small simple lil place wouldn’t exactly say it’s a restaurant but a place u could buy sandwiches and drinks and small tables and chairs outside. It was cute. This is through the entrance of 72 st and Riverside. You are overlooking NJ. IT WAS SOOO peaceful back here you didn’t even know it in the city. Your surrounded by trees. If you want to escape the loudness and. Craziness of the city go to this park it’s a long long stretch all way to the World Trade Center. It is def a beautiful walk or bike ride. Yes there were restrictions. They were kept clean. You tourists say , hey why don’t people let us use restroomsNULL Well I tell u all why. I have personally seen tourists not flush and leave the restrooms a mess. Keep them clean. Clean up after yourself. There are also benches if u feel like it u can sit down and eat or rest. It is beautiful to walk along this park. Hudson River Park.
The Trust operates with a model of financial self-sufficiency, covering its annual operating budget through revenues generated within the park, including rents from commercial tenants, fees, concession revenues, grants, and donations .
