Signed up for WebAfrica fiber without a router, it got installed on the 1st March and by the 2nd I was sent a bill of R729 whereas on their ad the first month is supposed to be R19. WebAfrica charged me for a router (R249) delivery that I never received nor asked for, then also added some other charges they can’t explain, their customer care agents fail to explain the charges and unfortunately one can only contact them via WhatsApp which isn’t helpful in this situation. Warning, do not take their packages because they’ll rob you and offer no explanation!!!! So disappointed I’m cancelling my service with them!
