Love love biscuits and bath! The staff is so caring and my dogs just love them. They both have a lot of fun playing and socializing with other dogs in a supervised environment. Biscuits enrich my dogs life by adding a safe controlled and happy place for them.
We’ve had such an incredible experience here. They have been so helpful with helping our golden doodle adjust to New York City, consistently communicative, and friendly. The manager for the location is so knowledgeable, kind and made our puppy and family feel cared for at all times. We signed up for their puppy program which we highly recommend for anyone integrating a dog into their busy family life. Our dog goes 3 days a week and every time we have been greeted with professionalism and a clean, postive environment. We also use their grooming and walk program which both leave our puppy happy and healthy. Can’t recommend enough!
B&B Battery Park has literally made it possible to live in NYC with my best friend. They provide frequent updates during the day and answer any texts or calls I have within minutes. My dog adores each of the employees and they take such good care of him. And when they take him walks they send pictures of his time outside! I also love that they have a vet and groomer on staff. This is a one stop shop for everything my dog and I need and I feel confident leaving him here every day!

We have been sending both of our dogs (German shepherd/husky and pitbull) to this location for a year and they take such good care of our girls. They make sure they are safe, they are super responsive and always post/send pictures!! We feel assured while we’re at work that the dogs are well taken care of and will be exhausted from a day of play by the time we get home!!
