Great place to get in a mini nature walk. Dogs on leash is a good idea.

Had a great Afternoon hiking here 😁

The town has made all nearby parking permit only. I even asked a local resident and they said there’s essentially no where to park if you’re not a resident. Don’t visit if you are not from New Milford

Always a good walk, hike or bicycle trails. Get your steps in while enjoying nature at the same time! You can use the charcoal grills that are permanently installed but you cannot bring in any other grills (NO propane tanks allowed). As warm weather approaches you will find that the temperature is much cooler among the forest & shade. It is a gravel walking path. If you are taking small children be aware that the first picnic table or bench to rest is a half-mile walk into the park. Happy trails👍
