I brought my dog here for overnight boarding and day care. I dropped him off around 6:30PM before the facility closes on their site at 7:00PM on Sunday. I picked him up the following day at around 6:00PM to be told I was charged 128$. I was charged for a half day of day care + overnight + a full day. In the past, I’ve brought my dog here and was never charged a half day of day care for bringing him in right before closing.
I have been a consistent and loyal customer for the past year, but will not be going back here. The way the communication was handled was completely unprofessional. No disrespect to the kind woman staff who spoke to me initially, but management should do better and ensure customers are notified prior to boarding their dogs they will be charged a half day of day care, for bringing their dog right before closing.
Absolutely amazing staff. My furry best friend loves coming here it’s like a second home to her. They were so patient with her when first started going she is a rescue and they worked with her to get her comfortable now she can’t wait to go in the morning she dances at the door if I mention dogtopia. Love the flexible hours they have sometimes I work late and they are understanding and allow a late pick up which is great for me. I know my Sammi girl is in safe hands with the amazing staff. sometimes I view her playing on the cameras and I just love to see her having so much fun! I know I made the right decision bringing her here I did a lot of research and tested a few places out and I found this perfect place for her!
000000 STAR!! DON’T LEAVE YOUR DOGS HERE!!!
To start, they say that the first day is free in all their ads and it turns out that it costs NULL, it’s ridiculous!! And I left my dog on the first day without knowing about the payment and the only good thing is that it has live cameras but there is a lot of closed space that the camera doesn’t capture.
I was able to see how a dog attacked my dog and cornered him to the side where the camera did not capture it while the incompetent woman who was in charge of “taking care of them” was doing other things than monitoring the dogs and did not notice until she heard the commotion of the same dogs.And I didn’t know anything anymore, my dog was no longer there and 15 minutes later they called me to tell me the problem that had occurred and that my dog was injured in his ear and that they had treated him.
I immediately went to pick it up and only heard “I’m sorry” many times, and that they wouldn’t charge me the stupid NULL for the inconvenience. I was in shock. They don’t say that they charge when you go to the first appointment… they have super bad service! Horrible! And the woman in charge was just standing there waiting for a dog to pee and clean up and she didn’t notice what was going on around her. Your apologies are of no help to me if you do not take care of the puppies and return them injured, especially on the FIRST VISIT, which gives a bad impression!!
((((UPDATE!! your incompetence on my puppy first day visit, cost me NULL at the vet and the suffering of my poor puppy will never go back there! And they call me to offer me free days at the place where they didn’t take care of my puppy really?? 😒… PAYING that bill would be the BEST THING THEY COULD DO.))))
If you’re looking for a place for your pup, dogtopia is an amazing facility! The staff are friendly and know myself and my dog by name! Cameras on the app when the dogs are playing is the best touch, as I can check in during the day. They offer crafts, treats, and hold events often! They go the extra mile with so much love for all the dogs there and my dog has the most fun with his friends every day he’s there!
We’ve been taking our dog here since he was 7mo. old (he’s 3 now) and can’t even begin to express how grateful we are for each and every coach. They’re always going above and beyond to take care of the pups and there’s no better feeling than knowing you’re leaving your dog somewhere where they’re going to be loved on all day long while you’re at work. We’ve also boarded our dog here multiple times and every single time we pick him up he doesn’t want to come home. 10/10 would recommend especially if you’re trying to socialize a brand new puppy, best decision we ever made. It’s also an added bonus that they do the cutest photo shoots with them ♥️
