It was a pleasure to stay at this location. We had a room booked, and there was some kind of a problem, and Donald the General Manager went above and beyond and took care of us. Also the staff are top notch, they were there to help others out ! Great to see dedicated out of the employees! I would give 100 stars if possible! Thanks so much !

I would like to enthusiastically recommend this HI express. Service was Awesome. Allowed me to check in early. And staff and breakfast was above expectation!
i inadvertently left my Iphone on the bed of my truck and left to visit Student at Bucknell University.
i did not realize i had “lost my iphone” until 44 minutes later. i called the front desk around 6:45 pm and the Sherry the front dest Seevice Professional, ACTUALLY took time to Check my room (with my permission), check the parking lot, and cars next to where i was parked. WHILE MY iphone was not to be found there, Sherry did all possible to assist. WAY BEYOND her duties.

Sherry was at the front desk when we arrived. She was friendly and efficient with the process. I asked her what breakfast was like, because we keep kosher. She told me everything she knew was kosher, but one thing she wasn’t sure, but she said she’d go back and check. She did it promptly and slipped a note under our door to tell us this last item was also kosher. We all enjoyed our breakfast the next morning.
Jason had breakfast nicely presented and well stocked. The coffees were hot and were kept full.

I’ve been to this hotel twice, before and after renovations. The new lobby is very nice but the rooms are absolutely disgusting. The room has a strong must, and it does not seem very thoroughly cleaned. To start, the bathroom had hair and dirt in the shower along with reddish brown stains behind the toilet. The bathroom smelled like a porta-potty and did not feel clean. The beds were very uncomfortable as they had a vinyl material cover under the fitted sheet. It was loud and felt like you were sleeping on tissue paper. There are better options for hotels in the area.
