I think 🤔 this trail was mixed up with the New Boston Rail Trail. Google Maps takes you to the Whipple Free Library. You have to access the Conservation Area via the Millrace Park on the South Branch. We found the South Branch Footbridge, which crosses the Piscataquog River, which appears in quite a few reviews. Thanks to Karen Brennan’s Google Maps reviews to help identify this trail network.
We did the short trail that leads to the historic district of New Boston. It goes along the river and private property. The trail is easy but has a noticeable amount of (I am Groot!) 🫚 roots. It will be a little challenging for wheelchairs but a stroller can handle it.
I would like to return to explore the other trails.
